4th of July Traditions

It has become a tradition for the Anaya family to spend the 4th of July in Waldport, and what a fun tradition it is! When we took Ezekiel to the beach he loved to play in the sand! I think it was the highlight of his trip.

Ezekiel Meets the Family!

In the beginning if June we flew down to Visalia so that Ezekiel could meet everyone i the family he had yet to meet. At first I think he was overwhelmed by all the new faces but he eventually warmed up to everyone had we all had a great time! The only problem was that the time flew by. So, we cannot wait for our next visit!

We celebrated Ezekiel’s first birthday while we were in California and we had a fantastic time. I think his favorite part was the cupcake!

60 Years of Wedded Bliss!!!

While we were in Visalia the family got together for my grandparents 60th Wedding anniversary. All 33 of us (including 9 great grandchildren) took a huge family photo. It was so amazing that all of us could be together at once. What a fun tie we had celebrating the happy couple!

I cannot believe that Bryan and I have been married 7 years! I guess time flies when you are in love! We spent the day hanging out at home and spending time together as a family. It was such a special day!

Florida Fun!

The Anaya family was together for a week in Florida so we had a lot of time together. One day the girls all went out to celebrate Jenny joining the family. Another evening Michelle and I cooked dinner for the family. Grandma and grandpa also loved the time they spent with Ezekiel. Unfortunately, those were the only two times someone remembered to take pictures while we were there.

Sun, Sand, and Surf!

Ezekiel had a ton of fun at the beach in Florida. At first he was a little uncertain when we put him in the water but after he got used to the waves he really enjoyed dipping his feet in the water. He also loved the sand.

Off To Oregon Again

We spent a long relaxing weekend in Oregon last weekend. My mom had a bunch of new toys for Ezekiel to play with so he really liked that. She got a car track that Bryan set up so that Ezekiel could watch the cars race around the track. I think Bryan may have like it more than Ezekiel. Ezekiel also loved looking out at the bay. I wish it hadn’t been so rainy and windy so we could have walked on the beach. There will be plenty of time for that this summer. I’m just trying to figure out how to keep Ezekiel from eating the sand.
